Starting at Franskston makes for an easy RV point. The ride along Coolart Road takes you through some splendid semi-rural scenery. Roundabouts at most major intersections may reduce the enjoyment of the long easy straights but they have reduced the fatalities that plagued the history of this road. The ride up the back of Arthurs Seat is not particularly challenging. Be sure to stop at the top and take it all in. The trip down the front is challenging and requires care; many very tight blind bends and gravel on the road on some corners. Watch out for oncoming traffic crossing over the centre line. Keep an eye on your mirrors for "boy racers" who can appear in a flash - hold your line until safe to pull aside and just let them pass. From Arthurs Seat take the coastal road back to Frankston and you´ll get another great view from Olivers Hill. Makes for a rewarding afternoon ride. PS - There´s a great cafe / store on corner Marine Parade & Victoria St Safety Beach.
