Did this route one Sunday when running in the bike, combination of twisty sections and long straights, should suit all appetites! Watch for tractors and hidden junctions when heading toward Mansfield, surface is good along here and the bypass is super smooth. Mansfield to Matlock is busy no matter when but scenery is superb, just watch for police at peak times. The run home is more long straights than twisty sections but still a few nice corners just after Matlock. Run through Nottingham needs to be timed to avoid worst traffic, as I said this was done one Sunday. Watch speed cameras as these are everywhere until after Bingham on A52. I have marked this Urban but its more 50/50 split
