Hawarden to Llandegla has lots of low speed twisting corners to warm up on. The A5104 to Corwen ups the pace with a nice mix of corners, faster sections and lovely scenery. Corwen to Bala is continually interesting with fast sections and some very twisty sections. Bala to Trawsfynydd is a legendary biking road, many sections are very fast with excellent visibility and high speed sweepers but do look out for traffic cops hiding in farm entrances even on quiet mid-week afternoons. Traws to Dolgellau has very long straight sections where high speed junkies can get their fix and the law abiding can enjoy fabulous views of the Rhinogs. Nearer to Dolgellau the road has recently been improved, the surface is excellent and provides many excellent mid-speed corners. Dolgellau to Bala is a joy to ride with a nice mix of twisties and sweepers and great scenery. There are lots of opportunities for refreshments along the way and bring a camera, the scenery is stunning.
